Arrived at AC maintenance. Upon arrival I had the thermostat call for cooling and made my way to the indoor unit. Here I checked temp split (which was only 12°) flushed the condensation drain, and replaced the air filter with truck stock. On the outdoor unit the fan, compressor, and capacitor were performing within spec. The refrigerant temps/pressures however showed a unit low on refrigerant. I went over repair options which included adding 410a, performing a leak search, coil replacement, and leak sealant. Since we have not been out here before and have no records of previous refrigerant levels it was decided to charge the system and continue to monitor. With customers approval I charged the system to spec. I also washed the condenser coil as part of the maintenance. AC running upon departure.
