Checked all operations in the cooling mode and inspected furnace filter. Checked all electrical and refrigerant components at the outdoor unit. Found outdoor unit was extensively dirty and upon customer approval we preformed an extensive cleaning of the unit. System is operating properly at this time. Customer would like to receive a call later this year to sign up for a membership as they did not want to at this time.
