Arrived at customers home Friday, September 16, 2022. Plumbing inspection. Water heater at home three years old. Water pressure in home 70 psi. During inspection found leaking supply line and upstairs hallway bathroom on cold side of faucet. Replaced supply line. No other leaks found during inspection. Brought to customers attention that piping above water heater is braided supply and should be replaced with copper piping. Estimate will be provided with invoice today.
