Checked all operations on the altar unit and found that the capacitor was not allowing the unit to turn on properly. Also came across a rodent inside of the outdoor unit and the unit being dirty. Recommend replacement of the capacitor and signing up for the maintenance agreement to have regular maintenance performed. Customer just wanted to install a new capacitor today. Installed capacitor and checked temperatures. The air conditioners producing the proper temperatures at this time.
