Checked all operations in the cooling mode and inspected the furnace filter. Checked the static pressure and found it was passing. Checked all electrical and refrigerant components in the system. Today we found the fan motor was leaking oil and unit outside was very dirty. Talked with customer and upon their approval we extensively cleaned the unit.
