Arrived to remedy an inoperable air conditioning system. Upon inspection of the system found that the thermostat was calling for cooling. Inspected the furnace and verified the call for cooling. Thermostat and furnace were calling for cooling but the blower was not moving any air. Performed diagnostic and found that the blower motor has failed. When the ECM blower motor fails they send back emf to the control board and cause an internal failure on the blower circuit. Spoke with homeowner about repair and replacement solutions. Homeowner would like to receive estimates for a more efficient system. Reached out to a design specialist and informed the homeowner when he can arrive. Air conditioning system is not functioning at this time. Turned off thermostat and call for cooling and fan in order to protect the system from further issues.
