Today (9/16/25). The gas valve in the hanging unit heater (s/n ending 9007) was replaced. This unit heater was checked for proper operation after the repair. The heater enters into heat mode, follows ignition sequence, blower motor cycles properly and shuts down via the thermostat correctly. The flue pipe was also inspected on a previous visit. The heater was left in the off position due to outside temps (lower 90s). The batteries for the thermostat were also changed today and the staff knows how to operate the thermostat when needed. The repair estimate is below for further reference if needed. Today (9/10/25) the fan motor was replaced. There were multiple wasps nests that were removed during this replacement. The unit did not return to operation after the fan motor was replaced. The unit was diagnosed further and it was discovered that there was no gas entering the pilot tube. The gas valve was receiving proper voltage however it would not open to allow gas through to the pilot assembly. The weigh station has a Gree PtAC unit that over runs the internal thermostat. This will be continued into next week due. Thank you, Jon
