Checked the changeair units for the Art room and Mrs. Ham's room for no operation. Found the high voltage connectors shorted and the control fuses blown in both units. Repaired the wires and replaced the fuses. Verified operation of both after repairs. Fuses were ustomer provided.
Checked Rtu #32 for the grade school for no heat. Found the unit heating normal on arrival with the room temp at setpoint. Checked the Changeair unit #3 for the grade school for no heat. Found the control fuses blown to the 460 transformer due to a shorted connector. Made repairs to the wiring. Replaced the fuses and verified operation. Fuses were customer provided.
Checked Changeair units #13 and #14 for no heat. Found #13 not communicating due to blown fuses on the transformer curcuit. Repaired the shorted high voltage connector on the curcuit and replaced the blown fuses. Started the unit and verified operation. Found the Trane Ems holding off unit #14 due to a discharge temp setpoint enabled in the system. Corrected the setpoint and verified operation. Fuses were provided by the customer.
Checked the Changeair units #1 and #7 for the Grade school classrooms for no heat. Found the control fuses blown in both units due to rain water damage into the units from the recent storm. Replaced the fuses and inspected the wiring. Repaired the wiring connector in unit #1 by bypassing the connector. Verified operation of both after repairs. Fuses were site stocked provided by the customer.
Checked Rtu's #1, #10 and #26 for no heat. Found the relay board failed in Rtu #1, replaced the board with a site stocked board. Found a mudd daubers nest blocking the inducer motor in Rtu #10. Removed the nest. Found a mudd daubers nest blocking the inducer in Rtu #26. Removed the nest. Verified operation of all units after repairs.
Checked Changeair units #6, #10 and #16 for the Grade school for no cool from yesterday. Found the economizers disabled to a 10% setpoint causing no mechanical cooling. Released the overrides in the Trane Tracer system. Verified operation after repairs by allowing the units to cycle at the setpoints.
Checked the #3 Changeair unit for Mrs. Epps grade school classroom for no operation. Found the breaker tripped in the main panel and six fuses blown in the unit due to water getting into the fuse block. Replaced the fuse block, the fuses and reset the breaker. Started the unit, checked operation and for the cause of the water damage. Found the blower fan over ramping from the Trane ems causing the condensation to be lifted off the evaporator into the electrical section. Ajusted the speed control in the Trane ems to the Changeair specs. Verified operation. All parts used were site stocked and the schools property.
Checked the Changeair unit #3 for Mrs. Epps room for no operation. Found two fuses blown to the Ecm condenser fan motor and the control transformer due to a shorted plugged connector. Bypassed the connector. Replaced the fuses with customer provided fuses. Started the unit and verified operation. Also checked the Ahu #1 and #2 for the grade school gym for condensate leak. Found the West air handler with the evaporator froze up causing the complaint. Disabled the two units to allow for deicing. Will return to check the two units after deicing.
Checked the two Northwest split system air handlers for condensate leak from the previous day. Found both units running normal with no leaks. Found the fan control in "on" from the Trane ems for both units. Released the override to cycle blower mode. Condensate traps were possibily dry with the fans in continuious causing the pans to overflow. Larry advised that the units drained out when he turned both off yesterday.
Replaced the condenser fan motor in the Trane split system #5 for Mrs. Woods classroom in the annex building. Verified the evaporator split on the grade school entry Rtu #26 and the Rtu #3 for the high school. Found the repairs needed during the Pm.
Finished the Pm. The corrected filter list of the filters used is-----(3)-20x20x2--(38)-18x18x2--(39)-16x25x1--(24)-14x25x2--(25)-16x25x2--(32)-20x30x2--(15)-20x25x2--(2)-18x25x2--(2)-20x35x2.
