I have had two technicians from LBA out for regular inspections on heating and plumbing. Both technicians have been well trained and did a great job checking things over and answering any questions. They were very courteous throughout the time here and asked if I have any further concerns before they left. I will strongly recommend LBA to the new home owner when we sell the house.
