Imagine opening your email and seeing your name and address in caps at the top of the page with a message stating that you had called LBA and a specific service rep because of their level of service. And you know you never made that statement. So you call in to complain about the unauthorized use of your name and address and the only answer you get is "We'll remove your name from the list".
