1-19-22 Indoor pool boiler is tripping the rollout switch. Found the boiler heat exchanger is all sooted up. Pull the top of the boiler off and cleaned the heat exchanger, as best I could and then was able to pull out the burner assembly. Found the burner assembly, back burners have are deteriorated and not burning properly. Got approval to replace the burner assembly it is approximately 2 to 4 weeks out. Burner assembly and two rollout switches parts cost. 1,245.78 I am going to possibly plug the back 4 burners until the new burner assembly can be installed. The way the burner are deteriorated it looks like, we’ve gotten condensation or water dripping on them.
