Dispatched for a heating tune-up. During the inspection of the heating system each component is checked to confirm it is within manufacturer specifications. The components that are checked include heat strips, temperature split, blower amps, heat pump change over to aux heat, heat pump components and cleanness of blower wheel. After reviewing all components of the system, it is operating within manufacturer specifications. Went for an outage. System is receiving correct voltage to system. Checked board to air handler and no popped fused. Did jump zoning board and had no communication. As well checked voltage all received correct power. Board is the issue will need to be replaced.
Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. Arrive furnace maintenance on two systems. Both are air handlers, one in basement, one in attic. Both are passing static and cfm counts. All electrical components are running properly at this time. All zones are operating correct. Both systems are running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.
