showing up because there was no cool air coming from the compressor and it was making a weird noise. After checking the unit, it was clear that the AC system is not getting the correct amount of airflow. Because of this everything in the system is working overtime. Which has resulted in a capacitor blowing out prematurely. Replacing the capacitor today to get the AC up and running. the refrigerant levels look good. If the airflow is not fixed, we run into more issues in the future.I called a supervisor to diagnose the issue and come up with a solution.
