I've been an LBA customer for many years. I was called in the morning and asked to fill an opening in LBA's schedule that day. I said sure. A tech called within an hour of the first call to say he would arrive in about 1/2 hour. Two hours later no-show or no call from LBA with updates. I called to leave a message about the situation. About an hour after my call a different tech showed up than the one who said he was coming. The technician, Ren, was very good and thorough with an AC tune-up.
