Went for an AC inspection today. There was three systems. Changed filters in all three. For all three systems- temperature split between the supply and return duct passed. Evaporator coils are clean and rust free. Blower motor amperage’s passed. Outside systems are clean. Refrigerant pressures met factory specifications. Compressor and fan motor amperage’s passed. Contactors are all working correctly and there is no burn marks. Capacitors passed as well. All ACs are up, running, and cooling upon completion. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

Came out here for an AC maintenance. Upon arrival tested static pressure. Static pressure was failing while taking the temperature split and noticed that there was no difference between the return and the supplier so I went outside to make sure that the compressor was running seen at the fan itself was running hooked up my gauges to the suction liquid line. Notice at the pressures or stagnant to both of them were the same gave me the conclusion that the compressor wasn’t running itself. Make sure there was getting voltage which it was. I also made sure the capacitor was working capacitor was reading perfectly with the specifications condone that the compressor itself was done for, customer requested to have supervisor out to give a quote on replacing compressor or a new system
With this option, the airflow systems are renovated and idealized for the whole house. This will prevent premature system change out and breakdowns due to damaging high air pressure.
