The technician, Izzy, seemed to be very inexperienced. He was very polite and respectful. . He had to make several calls while trying to service our furnace and did not explain the issue he found very well. He was here for an extended length of time including having to leave to find a replacement part needed. Our house was 80 degrees when he left. The invoice he provided did not document the replaced part and reading his a iPad was difficult. I received the email for this survey before receiving the email documentation and invoice of his service. He was barely out the door when the request for this survey arrived and I certainly did not know at that time if the repairs he made were satisfactory. I still don’t know because we are waiting for the house to cool down without turning on our air conditioner and there has been no reason for the furnace to kick back in.
