Customer has all ABS drain line and a scope from the mainline cleanout out to the grinder pump with no obstructions visible. The line is open and flowing. While I was in the basement, I did notice that his main entrance valve was dripping and had a large amount of buildup on it, as well as the PRV. I performed water quality test with the customer and gave options for water treatment as well as replacing the main entrance having PRV. Customer wants to think about water quality estimate, but wants to move forward with getting main entrance valve NPR be replaced.
