Company arrived Wednesday, December 28 of 2022. Customer is having issues with the main drain backing up. Upon arrival company observed the customers plumbing and determine the best point of access to perform the main drain clearing special. Company cabled the line from the customers garage main stack. Company cabled approximately 75 feet and back and then preformed a camera inspection. Upon completion of the inspection company discovered a large root ball. Company switched head to remove the rootball and inspected the line again. Company can conclude the line is open and flowing at this time.
