Customer has pneumatic zoning system that was acting up and making a lot of noise from internal vacuum pump. Found that constant power switch to pump was in on position. Turned to off and tested system and everything was functioning normally.

Arrived. Customer explained that her floor drain in her basement have been backing up. Upon inspection and flushing the floor drain with bubble up. Grabbed 300 auger and ran machine through inside clean out running the full extent of my cable. Pulled back a lot of flushable wipes and some routes. Flush toilet multiple times and ran shower without back ups occurring. Line is open and flowing

Company arrived today, October 27th, 2023 to perform plumbing inspection as part of the PSF membership. Started with water heater, unit is from 1985 making it 38 years old. Boiler drain on unit is leaking. Fill valve in first floor bathroom, float is getting help up causing water to continuously run into the overflow for 5-10 seconds resulting in excessive water usage and waste. No issues found within kitchen. Upstairs hall bathroom had slow drain at vanity, removed pop up and cleared debris. Tested and found flow restored. No other issues in hall bathroom. Master bathroom power flush is still acting up. Customer is aware and is planning on replacing flush cartridge. Faucet is loose at base on vanity. No other issue’s discovered during evaluation

Upstairs toilets not flushing correctly. Both ultra flush toilets, newer within 10 years. Checked pressure and found 80PsI with a 8-10PsI drop. No PRV on system. WQ is not terrible, suggested a sediment filter to help reduce the particulates in the water. Also suggested installing new pressure regulator valve. Provided options to rebuild ultra flush toilets
