Company arrived Friday, September 30 of 2022. Customer was having issues with their basement shower backing up when water was ran from the basement lavatory faucet or upstairs kitchen sink. Upon arrival company ran water from the shower in order to visualize the back up. At this time company flush the basement toilet four times in order to determine if it were specific to the branch line or an issue with the mainline. Company determine the issue was specific to the branch line and performed a branch line cabling at under the $89 drain special. Company cabled through the basement shower drain until the blockage cleared. Company retrieved hair and soap scum along with food waste.
