Lehtola Plumbing and Heating was a one stop shop for us. They were told of our issues with well water quality and a need for a whole house filtration system. Don provided recommendations of products and cost of installation. After a little research on my part, Don was able to answer all my questions. We chose the best water filtration based upon research and recommendation of Lehtola Plumbing and Heating. We also decided on a tankless water heater. The installation by Brandon was exceptional and well thought out in the placement of the new equipment to maximize space and functionality in the utility/laundry room. We will be replacing the furnace and AC in the near future(spring) and will definitely be using Lehtola Plumbing and Heating. Exceptional service, price, quality, and knowledgeable.

During this time of limited availability of trade services I was pleasantly surprised by Lehtola Plumbing & Heating. First, they returned my initial call!! And in a timely manner! We experienced an electrical fire on the control board of our water heater at lunchtime on a Monday. Found Lehtola P&H via a Google search and left a message about our issue at our business . Don returned my call and showed up within an hour to evaluate our issue. He wrote up a proposal for two different options to replace our water heater and said they’d get it done as soon as we closed for business that day. Don and crew had everything completed and cleaned up within two hours and the new water heater was functioning perfectly. I give them 5 stars across the board! From a lunchtime issue to job completed within 7 hours is impressive and uncommon in today’s world. Customer satisfaction is obviously a priority at Lehtola P&H and the quality of the work performed was better than the original installation.

Toilet was clogged called them up was able to get it fixed same day they assessed the situation gave me clear pricing and options and I was able to get exactly what I needed without issue or unforeseen price changes. No Heat Service Call - Check out operation of furnace and provide solutions. Replace HSI and flame sensor. Found the gas valve was getting weak and should be replaced along with gas pressure regulator that is installed in the wrong position. Provided options for replacing both the furnace and a/c

Water softener- pick up water sample of well water and send in for testing of hardness, Iron & Tannins
Water softener- checked operation of water softener and found it was no longer working properly. Tested water for hardness and chlorine/Chloramines and then provided solutions for replacing
