We experienced an electrical fire on the control board of our water heater at lunchtime on a Monday. Found Lehtola P&H via a Google search and left a message about our issue at our business . Don returned my call and showed up within an hour to evaluate our issue. He wrote up a proposal for two different options to replace our water heater and said they’d get it done as soon as we closed for business that day. Don and crew had everything completed and cleaned up within two hours and the new water heater was functioning perfectly. I give them 5 stars across the board! From a lunchtime issue to job completed within 7 hours is impressive and uncommon in today’s world. Customer satisfaction is obviously a priority at Lehtola P&H and the quality of the work performed was better than the original installation.
