Upon my arrival, the customer informed me of a few things that he wanted to happen. He informed me that he knew that the unit was old and that he was not interested in replacing the system at all. He said that the system had a 20 year warranty on the heat exchanger and that is what he wanted to be replaced. The customer was also not interested in any membership stating that it was not worth it in his opinion. I did confirm that the heat exchanger is cracked. The system is 19 years old and the heat exchanger is still under warranty. The option for replacing the heat exchanger is valid at this time but the customer wants to wait and see how long it will be until the heat exchanger is available. I also found the evaporator coil leaking refrigerant it is R 22 refrigerant and non-repairable but the customer is not worried about this at all at this time.
