Upon arrival spoke with customer and she explained her issue and what she thought it was. Went to indoor unit and found burners where a little rusted and causing flame to not come all the way across. Coil is clean with no leaks. Blower is clean. Heat exchanger checked out with no leaks. Spoke with customer about burners needing to be cleaned, she had questions of why with a fairly new system would it be rusted and I explained with maintenance we check this and clean them already, we had not been there in a year so anything could have caused it. Customer approved repair with membership, cleaned burners made sure everything was tight, and re installed burners. Turned system back on and made sure it flamed all the way across. Shut system down. Hooked up gas meter and turned system back on. System came on normal, asps just end gas pressures from 13.52inches of water column to 10.08 where manufacturing calls for 10 inches. Let system run awhile, and turned system off and took of gas meter.
