Upon my arrival the customer greeted me in her garage. She then took me upstairs to where the problem was happening and informed me that she was not getting any air out of the vents above her garage. I then told her OK and I will go ahead and check it out for her today. I sort of by turning the thermostat to heat and cranking it way up to bring not only the heat but the blower and high speed. Before going up into the attic I went around and felt all the air vents. All the air vents including the ones above the garage we’re getting air coming out of them. I then made my way up into the attic where I started by checking all the ductwork to ensure that nothing has come disconnected or loose. All the ductwork in the attic was tight and secure with no damage. I’ve been inspected all the dampers on the system to make sure that everything was opening and closing properly. Which it was I turn the system on off numerous times to watch the dampers open and close. I checked all the set screws
