All wiring is tight and in good condition. I inspected the air cleaners. The Reme halo bulb has burnt out. I flushed the condensate drains. The water safeties are working properly at this time. The condensate pump is working properly at this time. No refrigerant leaks found at this time. All motor amps are in correct range per manufacturer specifications. Customer showed me main systems thermostat saying auxiliary heat was running at 50° outdoor temp. Completed today’s maintenance inspection on both systems. Address concerns with customer with main level system found failed low pressure switch causing outdoor unit not to run allowing auxiliary heat to operate. Quoted customer for a labor only repair customer would like to verify the JB labor warranty is expired paperwork shows 02/16/24 as the expiration date. They were 2 16 by 16. They then showed me the thermostat. It was mercury thermostat. They then showed me the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. I got started by turning the system off at the thermostat and made my way to the air handler. I inspected multiple different components on the system, including the blower wheel/motor(clean), evaporator coil(clean), drain line (vacuumed, drain from the outside), ductwork(slightly dusty,), electrical connections/components, etc. I checked all of these components for proper operation and cleanliness. Tape and ductwork joints are tight and neat at this time and without any visible air leaks at this time. Refrigerant lines are tight and neat and Arma flex insulation is tight and neat and without any visible defects at this time.inspected condensate drain and it is clear at this time. Ez trap safety switch is functioning properly at this time. Inspected CS1 safety switch attached to secondary drain port and it is functioning properly at this time. Inspected condensate pump and it is functioning properly and it’s discarding water from tank properly at this time. Inspected evaporator coil and it is clean on top and bottom at this time. Customer showed location of thermostat explained how he would get alerts saying uv light needed to be changed. System has humidifier no uv lights on the system. Initially put system in heat due to home being 67 degrees. Found kink in drain line on humidifier which had tear fixed line. Blower motor is clean amping within manufacturer specifications at this time. Coil is clean free of leaks at this time. When going to the outdoor unit found the coil clean free of debri. Inspected electrical connections on the system which were free of damage. Capacitor was in correct range along with system charge. Customer declined options at this time returned system to normal operation.
