Upon arrival customer showed location of thermostat and explain how husband tried switching the thermostat and replacing fuse for indoor. Checked voltage which system high voltage coming in but was not receiving 24 to the board. So far found the transformer to have failed causing system not to operate. Awaiting customer to have time to speak with husband in regards to maintenance agreement and repair.
