I placed a call to Mason A/C customer service to follow up on a 6mo. service call that was overlooked, and it was immediately scheduled. I thought she said her name was Danielle but I'm bad at catching names and it might have been Tory? Either way, any time I've had to call them, its been effortless & pleasant. Today, the young lady just made my day! We've been eating a cr*p sandwich lately and she just made me forget all about it. I've been a loyal customer for a few years now and each experience with this company reminds me why.
