25 degree's in Chicago and our NEW Nest Thermostat failed after only 2 months! I called in and spoke with Brian who got my call at about 9:30pm and he grabbed it on the 2nd bounce. Told him the problem and he sent Cole out the very next day. Cole was very informative, thorough, competent, professional, etc,....you get the point. Cole found the answer to a different problem we were experiencing. Our humidifier was shot. He called Brian to reschedule the NEW humidifier install 2 days later!!! WONDERFUL! Cole managed to find savings for us through their ongoing maintenance program. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

HVAC installation We installed a Ruud 80% 2 stage variable speed furnace with matching 13 seer air conditioner and indoor coil. For indoor quality products, we installed an Aprilaire 600 humidifier and 1610 air cleaner
Furnace tune up and preventative maintenance on high efficiency Rheem and Ruud furnace. Changed aprilaire humidifier pads and cleaned housing. Caulked and sealed open hot water tank flue. And sealed leaky plenum.
Mini split ductless installation. We installed 2 multi zone Mitsubishi hyper heat h2i outdoor heat pumps with 10 indoor head units
