I called Midwest looking for a second opinion after another company recommended I replace my furnace, as it was short cycling and overheating. My furnace is older, 18 years, but as I had no recent issues, and the cost of repairs quoted was astronomical, I needed a second opinion. Midwest came out and evaluated my furnace and was able to replace one part at a fraction of the cost that the other company quoted me! My furnace also received a clean bill of health, not to say that something won’t happen later on down the road due to the age of the unit. I will only be calling Midwest for any HVAC needs that arise in the future.
