Jeff, the tech from Midwest came yesterday to do the spring clean up of the furnace and AC. He came at the arranged time, took care of what needed to be done, kept me informed of what he was doing. Mark, the owner and his crew installed the new furnace and AC about 5 years ago, it's been nice to have someone I can trust to maintain the equipment.
