I called at 7:30 AM with the temperature in my home climbing by the minute as we prepare for our daughter’s Bridal Party. A technician was at my house within the hour! Herb was very experienced and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem right away. It’s now 9:30 AM and I’m sitting in front of a vent blowing blessedly cold air. Herb explained everything to me clearly including options for repair and new installation. He completed the repair in record time and is already off to help another poor sweltering AZ soul. Customer was at our Mesa Market booth a week or so ago and scheduled an appointment for someone to go out and give her an estimate to replace air/heating system. Herb was out to give a quote. Herb was back out a couple days later and installed New unit. All is working great at this time.
Customer called in to have unit looked at, said it was not cooling. sent technician out to take a look at it and gave a price quote for new unit. Johnny was out and installed 2.5 ton package heat pump. All service working at this time.
