Completed service both HVAC systems at a property in Jamison, PA 18929. On the 2nd floor system, we found a clogged condensate trap, low refrigerant, a leak at the evaporative coil, and a failed dual start assist. Cleared the trap, replaced the filter and failed part, and recharged the system with 4.5 lbs of refrigerant. On the 1st floor system, replaced a failed dual start assist. Both systems are now operating properly.
