Club AC: delta T 17 degree in cooling. Adjusted fan speed for a more adequate static pressure. Heat exchange system good. Indoor and outdoor coils clean. Outdoor RLA rated 19.5 amps actual 9.1 amps. Outdoor FLA rated 1.3 actual 1 amp. Outdoor voltage enhancement system rated 70/5mfd actual 70/5mfd. Treated drains with cleaner.
WO-TNFR265959 WO-TNFR266815 follow up from Paul, replaced components and test ran, internal circulator failed, need to return. Follow up from last visit, installed replacement pumping system and test ran, operation normal at this point.
Added pieces of slip to ductwork in multiple places to stiffen and reduce flexing.

Thermostat was calling for heat furnace was not recognizing the call for heat. Did a system reset system is functioning at this time
Heat rise 15 degrees. Changed air filter customer supply. Refrigerant pumping system reads 1000 megaohms. Found that indoor pressure reducing system is freezing up while running. Need service tech to diagnose problem. Voltage enhancement system rated 40uf actual is 39.5uf and is within spec. Cleaned out water removal system. Indoor fan is clean. Performed leak search and found no leaks.
Returned and replaced flame retention head. Changed oil filter and adjusted water temperature for better comfort. Tested multiple times. Operation normal at this time.
