Upon arrival thermostat was saying 70 and set to 70. I ran system through a cycle. Raised setpoint to74 system reached and thermostat was satisfied. Checked exhaust removal system factory specs .40amps actual .43 amps flame safety was 2.8. had a heat rise of 37 degrees filter was ok. All electrical wiring and connectors are tight and secured.
No heat gas warm air, checked system and found that the indoor control system had failed, exhaust removal system running without a call for heat, installed replacement and test ran in heat, fan on and cooling, operation normal at this point.

Club rejuvenation cleaning cleaned and wiped down all indoor wall units. Took all filters out and washed check heating operation checked air movement system, checked all wiring connection indoor and out outdoor coils where clean did find a dirty and rocks behind outdoor unit covering lower half of coil on outdoor, needs to be removed away from outdoor units. System are functioning as intended at this time

Filter recently changed by homeowner. Blower and evaporator are clean no leaks wiped down unit eletracal connections are tight. Voltage enhancement system read within factory spec heat exchanger has no areas of concern at this time draft motor and blower amps are within factory spec eletracal connections are tight Checked drain operation normal at this time
Performed club rejuvenation cleaning, 16X20X1 media air ranger filter isn't the correct type filter. Checked humidifier Aprilaire 600 series pad is clean. Exhaust removal system factory specs 0.50 amps actual 0.23amps exhaust removal voltage enhancement system factory specs 5uf actual 4.91uf hot surface igniter has 0.51amps clean flame sensor. Air movement has a ECM motor,blower wheel is clean. Found exhaust piping leaking at fitting joint. Needs to be cut out and replaced. Burner tubs has concerns of rust. Heat exchanger has some rust system. System has a heat rise of 52 degrees
Wiped down furnace. Lubed draft motor cleaned up rust from collector box leaking by slightly, recommend replacing collection system. Tested drain with a gallon of water eletracal connections are tight.. wiped down and removed rust from gas line. Checked blower and evaporator coil they are clean. Both filters were recently changed and look fine. Getting A 50 degree heatrise testing operation is normal at this time
Condensate removal pipe had come off the fitting and was in the ground, repair and test with water.
WO-TNFR179204 replaced drain pan, reconnected exhausted and fresh air piping, brazed copper back into coil, leaked checked, pulled vacuum, repiped 3/4 drain line PVC cleaned out condensate pump collector system is functioning as intended
Found a faulty drain pan, and a clogged 3\4 PVC drain line. Used the wet vac to clean up water at the bottom of the furnace. Will need to order drain pan and replace 3\4 schedule 40 PVC drain line
