Ac club service getting a 20 degree delta t electrical connections are tight voltage enhancement read within factory spec checked coil for leaks checked drain line it is clear condensate net coil is clear checked electrical connections voltage enhancement system read within factory specs operation normal at this time
No A/C, checked system and found that the coolant flow system has failed, stuck in heat, equipment is 13 years old and do not recommend any repairs do to age.
Ac club rejuvenation: delta t was 10. Air movement system was clean but I wiped off just in case with cleaner and wipes. Air filter system was clean annd recently changed out by customer. All wiring was clean and secure. Dumped cleaner and water down drain line to clear anything out. Wiped down indoor unit with cleaner and wipes. Outdoor voltage enhancement system was running at 45/5uf. Factory spec is a 45/5uf. Voltage gateway system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern of worry. Cleaned off inside and outside of outdoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. System was up and running at normal operation at this time.
Furnace rejuvenation. Air circulation system is clean, drawing 7.0 amps. The voltage enhancement system is slightly out of specifications with a reading of 6.73. The combustion exhaust system is working properly, drawing 0.6 amps and it's voltage enhancer is within specifications with a reading of 3.97. Return air is 70 degrees, supply air is 132 degrees, temperature rise is 62 degrees. System static pressure is high, -.41" return, +.55" supply for a total of .96". Cleaned flame sensor. Flame safety system is working properly. Air filter is clean. There is furnace condensate leaking from the flue pipe. There is corrosion on the furnace heat transfer media and on the air conditioner heat transfer media.
WO-TNFR265590, follow up from last visit, repair coolant leak at the indoor system, insulated coolant line, vacuum system to 550 microns and recharge with new coolant, test ran, suction 123, discharge 380 at 58 degrees outdoor and 62 degrees indoor, also test defrost operation.
Low heat output from the system, checked and found to be low on coolant due to leak at the indoor system.
Furnace cleaning.... checked indoor system for leaks none found, Delta T was 20, static pressure was .60 inWC, blower wheel and coil has some calcium buildup on them, filter was pretty clean. Checked for leaks on outdoor system found none, voltage enhancement system was within factory spec 40/4 rated for 40/5. Checked all wiring connections, tighten ones that were loose. System running under normal conditions at this time.
WO-TNFR265078 installed new main shut off under home.
Found regular sump pump in good order at this time. Battery on back up system is bad and needs replaced
