This estimate includes: - Installing new 15A GFCI breaker for existing spare circuit in main panel - Junction existing spare circuit under the frame of stairs to allow for extension of circuit to feed receptacles in indoor pool room - Running new wires in conduit on outside wall to re-feed existing receptacles in the indoor pool room. Repaired return drop duct. Caped off gap from cold air boot to filter rack. Secured bottom of cold air boot to filter rack WO-TNFR251327
No heat, main burners had a little bit of rust, removed and cleaned.
Low heat from the system, found to be low on coolant due to failed indoor heat exchange system.
WO-TNFR246126 Replaced combustion pressure sensing system and repaired exhaust pipe that was leaking started up system ran system. System is functioning as intended at this time

Error code EE1 low stage pressure switch circuit is closed at start of heat cycle. Need to replace low stage pressure switch.
Cleaned all indoor air circulation systems and coils with water and chemicals. Cleaned upstairs water removal system. Coils have no leaks. Outdoor unit has no leaks. Operation normal at this time.
WO-TNFR239011 fixed refrigerant leak, recovered five pounds of R410A , repaired leak on suction line at outdoor heat pump. Checked for leaks with nitrogen at 350 psi pulled a vacuum, recharged freon 7.5 pounds of R410A test ran and checked operation heat rise is 41 degrees system is functioning as intended at this time
