I am extraordinarily pleased with the service provided by Jason and his team. From the initial set up of the project to final clean up, everything went beautifully. Everyone involved was courteous, neat and professional. I was thoroughly informed about every step of the entire installation and was involved to actually observe how the process was going. The new equipment was tested for proper operation before anyone left at the end of the installation. Jason has created thoughtful team that delivered on all his promises. I would gladly recommend Moon and Jason to anyone who need HVAC services.

as I am enrolled in the gold plan, service was addressed quickly. However, my 2 1/2 year old unit has a part that needs replacing. Ac club rejuvination: delta t was 16. Air movement system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern but I wiped off just in case. Air filter system was dirty but they don’t have anymore air rangers so they will order more. All wiring was clean and secure. Drain line was clean and clear of all debris. Cleaned off inside and outside of indoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. Outdoor voltage enhancement system was running at 34.9/5uf. Factory spec is a 35/5uf. Voltage gateway system was clean and clear of all signs of concern or debris. Cleaned off inside and outside of outdoor unit. System running at normal operation at this time.

Club AC: delta T 20 degrees. Changed filter customer supplied. Indoor voltage enhancement system rated 10uf actual is 10.1uf. Indoor Coil clean. Indoor fan was clean. Checked electrical connections. Outdoor RLA rated 17.5 amps actual is 8.1 amps. Outdoor fan amps rated .95 actual .71. outdoor voltage rated 45/5uf actual 45.2/4.9. cleaned outdoor coil. Flushed drains with cleaner.
Found lag screws pulled out of wall. Resecured wall bracket.
WO-TNFR265896 Found no power to control circuits. Found fuse blown on electronic control board. Traced short circuit to wiring in outdoor unit. Replaced damaged wiring and checked operation. System working properly at this time.

This estimate includes: - Ensuring the circuit in sanctuary has appropriate ground-fault protection. - Adding (4) new circuits to sanctuary. (2) circuits will be dedicated for the music pit and (2) circuits will be dedicated for the soundstage - Replacing all 2 prong receptacles in sanctuary with new 3 prong receptacles.
Replaced wheel bearing test ran operation normal at this time
