Went over furnace replacement options. Dawns husband Eddy wants to look over the options when he gets home to decide what they want to do
Service: Delta T 15 degrees static pressure 1.2inWC. Refrigerant pumping system passed test at 1000 megaohms. Possible areas of concern on indoor heat exchange system. Found gas leaks coming from fuel line. Found that the outdoor electrical gateway is pitted and corroded. Changed air filter (customer supplied)
Performed club rejuvenation cleaning AC heat transfer media coil system is good. Air movement system has variable speed ECM motor. Air movement blower wheel is clean free of any obstruction and spins Delta T 22 degrees split. Outdoor voltage enhancement system factory specs 45/5uf actual 44/4.88uf voltage gateway res of 19.2. Outdoor air movement system factory specs 1.1 actual .96 amps refrigerant pumping system RLA factory specs 17.9 amps actual 7.0 amps. Cleaned condenser coil checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured. Replaced media air cleaner filter 16X25x1 customer provided system is operating as intended at this time.
No A/C, checked system and found no line voltage to the outdoor system, breaker off. Preform safety inspection on furnace and found areas of concern on the indoor primary heat exchange system, see photos, component is still under factory warranty, however about 6 weeks out.
Found bad condenser coil. Coil is leaking bottom right corner.

Performed club cleaning rejuvenation on two ceiling Cassettes.check for error codes. There was no error codes present checked PCB board on areas of concern. Checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured. Checked air movement system is good. Washed filters and frame and dampers of the cassettes. Checked high voltage is tight and secured. Tested ran system, system is functioning as intended at the end of service. Customer stated air movement system had a humming noise I wasn't able to hear and there was no fault codes test air movement system, air movement system is functioning as intended.
Gave estimates for duct cleaning and dryer dleaning
Heat pump inspection. Heat transfer media coil system is good. Air movement system blower is clean. Indoor voltage enhancement system factory specs 15uf actual 14.70uf. Replaced media air filter 20X25X4 supplied by customer. Delta T 21 degrees. Air movement system factory specs 3.1 amps actual 3.1. All electrical connections are tight. Outdoor voltage enhancement system factory specs 45/5 actual 45/4.89 Refrigerant Pumping System RLA 16.7amps actual 7.10amps. Air movement system factory specs .97amps actual .81. coil is clean all electrical connections and harness are tight and secured system is operating as intended at this time
Traced issue with no power back to a loose connection on a main meter lug for an incoming hot leg from power company. Tightened this connection and issue with intermittent no power was solved. However, there is corrosion in the meter socket due to loose connection over the years. I made up an estimate for replacement of meter socket. Replaced a 3 way dimmer switch in hallway. Adding a grounding acorn lug to main ground bar outside. All issues resolved.
