I do have a few question? Last year we had our heater cleaned with your cleaning special for not sure $59 or maybe $99 deal The young man came out to our house at Dove lane and took the whole heater apart and cleaned everything and checked everything He was there for maybe two hours, I went down and checked on him a few times and he was hard at work A very complete cleaning! We than had him come to our other home on long drive and got the same great service We did need some service at the Dove lane house and bought into the service plan for that house for the discount and yearly cleaning So this year we had two different service technicians come out to our homes for the cleanings We did not get the same type of service at either house Both technicians, it seemed to me did no more than a look and moved on The technician today was not in the house for more than 15 minutes I signed up for the yearly service thinking it was a good deal, now I think it’s not worth the discounts on service and parts Please accept this as a request to cancel what ever contact we have on Just to be clear the technicians were polite and the repair that we had done was excellent We just are willing to take the hit when we need service or parts
