Howard was very helpful in educating me about our system in every respect. He found a major issue with a crack in exhaust pipe. He was able to see that a sensor was never installed on the heat pump unit, so the propane backup was never working. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with my lack of knowledge. I realized I had worked with his father at one point at Harford County Govt. Wonderful small world and service!

WO-TNFR262918 Replaced faulty flue pipe. Installed outdoor sensor. Reconfigured thermostat for Honeywell outdoor sensor. Tested sensor, Test ran system, system if functioning as intended at end of service WO-TNFR263925
Found flue pipe cracked and leaking water. L.p gas heat supply 128 return 73, heat pump supply air 114. Outdoor coil needs cleaning. System needs complete service hasn't been serviced in over 5 years Honeywell humidifier model HE205A1000 pad is clean. Found system doesn't have outdoor sensor to change over heat pump when temps get below 34 degrees. System is functioning at intended but needs sensor added
Customer looking to replace her furnace and AC. Her mom works for Lowe's and is going to see if she can get her an additional employee discount. She is back at work tomorrow so she will check for her and let her know. She wants to get this all signed before Friday so she can get her additional lowes rebate also.
