Club rejuvenation, found mini split to be pretty dirty (refer to before/after pictures). Cleaned coil, wheel and filters. No leaks found on indoor coil during leak search. Noticed oil on flare joints on outdoor units, did leak check using leak detector and soap no leaks around joints. Checked for leaks around schrader valve and found that to be where leak is coming from. Tried to tighten, but it's still leaking. Will need a service tech to come out for repairs. Leak is 264 ppm.
