AC club rejuvenation: delta T was 19. Air filter system was clean and clear and recently changed out by customer. Air movement system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. All wiring was clean and secure. Drain line system was clean and clear. Evap was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. Voltage enhancement system was running at 28.9/4.7uf. factory spec is a 30/7.5uf. Voltage gateway system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern or worry. Cleaned off inside and outside of outdoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.

Delta T is 26 degrees. Delta T should be between 17-21 degrees. Delta T is being affected by no load on the indoor and outdoor system due to cool temperatures. Indoor heat transfer system is clean. Air circulation system is clean. All electrical connections are tight. Flushed water removal system with hot water. Purged water removal system with CO2. Indoor voltage enhancement system is within spec. Sprayed heat transfer system with cleaner. Leak searched indoor heat transfer system and found no leaks. Mold is starting to build up on the air filter. This will eventually lead mold build up on the indoorheat transfer system causing the system to work harder and contaminate the breathing air. Outdoor heat transfer system is dirty. Sprayed off outdoor heat transfer system. RLA and FLA are within factory spec. Outdoor voltage enhancement system is within factory spec. Electrical gateway in not pitted or burned. Removed leaves from bottom of outdoor system. Operation normal at

Having siding redone and would like exhaust on different wall. Relocate vent and intake piping for tankless water heater and boiler, flush tankless water heater, need to return after siding has been completed to trim the outside termination.

No A/C, checked system and found no line voltage to outdoor system due to failed voltage enhancement system, factory spec 45/7.5, installed replacement and test ran, compressor run load amps factory spec 19.8, actual 12.1, outdoor fan full load amps factory spec 1.5, actual 1.4, operation normal at this time, 61 degrees supply air.

Fixed leak on outdoor unit recovered charge of three pounds 4 oz. Pressured tested system at 550 psi for 1 hour. Triple evacuated down to 312 microns added factory charge operation normal at this time

Mini-Split system does not operate in heat, checked system and found that the coolant flow control in stuck in cooling, system will operate in A/C mode, in addition system dies not have any surge protection system installed.

Cooling Rejuvenation Indoor unit has a supply of 41 with a 66 return and a 25 delta on a 48 day. Static pressure supply is 0.2 and return is -0.3. Blower amps read 6. Changed dirty air filter customer supplied they have 0 left. Blower wheel looks fine, spins without restriction. Board and connections good. Both sides of coil fine, checked heat exchanger for safety. Set humidifier to summer mode, both UV lights working. Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 7.5/80 with a factory setting of 7.5/80. Amperage fine, checked disconnect for safety. Cleaned exterior, interior and coil. System normal operation at this time. When disconnect was put back in system did not turn on. Error code 72 temp lockout. Temperature too cold for system to run. System kicked on at 10:24 am while writing these notes.
