In Chandler Az fixing some leaks on two coolers. Adjusted water pressure and adjusted floats all working proper.
Upon arrival at a home in Chandler, Az cycled Lennox unit into heating mode. Replaced intake filter and took temp readings from supply and return, At furnace cleaned and tightened electrical. Took volts and AMP draws from components. Checked start and run capacitors. Checked gas supply line and flue piping. Tested and checked all safety switches and pressure switched. Upon departure unit working properly and within specs.
In Chandler, near West Jasper Drive and North Brentwood Place performing Fall preventative maintenance on an Amana split system. Cycled system on into cooling and heating mode. Checked volt and amp draws. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures. Acid washed outdoor coil and rinsed. Changed return air filter and checked splits. Upon departure, system is running properly and within manufacturer specifications.
In Chandler, near West Harrison Street and North Los Altos Drive performing a diagnostic on a leaking unit. Found drain line ran strangely. We need to run new drains for systems. Ducting is in very bad shape. Recommend replacing all ducting in attic.

In Chandler, near West Hemlock Way and South Greythorne Way performing a diagnostic on a 1996 Trane condenser hooked up to a 2020 Goodman coil. I would recommend replacing entire system for matching pieces of equipment and updating duct work.
In Chandler, near West Willis Road and Maricopa Freeway performing a diagnostic on unit that is leaking water. Upon arrival, re-leveled all threading on the system and got drain pitching down a lot better.
In Chandler, near Maricopa Freeway and West Willis Road performing a diagnostic on leaking water. Upon arrival, found drain line clogged on AC system. Cleared out drain line and then cleaned out drain pan/filter; all is now draining proper. I could not see any cracks in the main pan as everything was very wet. If problem persists, this may be due to crack in main drain pan.
