Had Tom come out to service our AC unit today. He took the time to explain everything to my wife and I, was on time and very thro, respectful, knowledgeable and a great tech. Being in the service industry myself I know the difference between good and bad service. Moreheart AC and heating is the best out there and I will definitely recommend then to everybody I know. In Glendale Az servicing a customers Amana Package system. Checked volt and amp draws. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels. Acid washed outdoor coil and rinsed and changed the filters.
In Glendale Az servicing a commercial property. Serviced 19 systems on the roof completed with coil cleaning and filter change outs.
In Glendale, near West Kings Avenue and North 61st Drive performing Fall preventative maintenance on a Goettl package heat pump. Control board is getting stuck in defrost. Board is bad and system is no longer manufactured; cannot get a new control board for a Goettl system. Recommend replacing 5 ton package system. Checked water heater; water heater elements are good but water sample is very dirty; recommend doing a water heater flush or replacing.
In Glendale, near West Robb Lane and North 58th Avenue performing Fall preventative maintenance on 2 Amana furnaces. At units, checked gas line and flue piping. Removed and cleaned flame sensor and reinstalled. Cycled heat on. Checked back pressure safety switch. Checked limit switched and safeties. Checked volt and amp draws. Changed return air filter and checked splits. Both systems are new and running properly at this time.
In Glendale, near West Carol Ann Way and North 57th Avenue performing a Fall combo preventative maintenance service on an Aerocool evaporative cooler and a Rheem package heat pump. Evap Cooler: Cleaned wet section and drained. Unplugged pumps and motor. Removed motor belt and installed winterization cover on cooler. Package Unit: Cycled system on into cooling and heating mode. Checked volt and amp draws. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures. Changed return air filter as customer is tired of the whistle from the return grill; recommend a new 30X20 Bar Face Grill.
In Glendale, near Hayward Avenue and North 110th Lane performing a diagnostic on a split system. Found wiring to capacitor melted. Mended wires and cycled system. Compressor is high amping and starting to fail.
In Glendale, near Grand Avenue and North 54th Avenue performing quarterly preventative maintenance on 2 commercial AC systems and 22 evap coolers. Services completed according to maintenance checklist.
In Glendale, near West Dailey Street and North 55th Avenue performing a diagnostic. Upon arrival, found that AC and Evap cooler were running at the same time. Shut off cooler and cycled system. Took temperature splits in each portion of the house. Supply went from 75 to 61. Everything working properly upon departure.

Removed and cleaned the flame sensor and re-installed. Cycled system on into heating mode. Checked burners and ignitor; both working. Checked back pressure safety switch, safety shut down; working properly. Checked volt and amp draws. Changed return air filter and checked splits. System is working within manufacturer specifications.
In Glendale, near West Escuda Drive and North 76th Avenue performing Fall preventative maintenance on an Amana heat pump. Upon arrival, cycled unit into heating mode. Took temperature reading from supply and return. Washed and dried Air Care filter. At condenser, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volt and amp draws from components. Checked Freon levels with super heat and subcool. Tested start and run capacitor. Washed and rinsed outdoor coil. Unable to access attic at time of service due to spouse sleeping in room. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.

Replaced intake filter and took temperature readings from supply and return. At unit, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volts and amp draws from components. Checked all safety switches and inspected gas supply/line and flue piping. Vacuumed and wiped down cabinet. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
