Installing a new Ameristar 1.5 ton ductless mini split system with new condenser pas, disconnect, whip lineset and lineset cover in Goodyear, AZ off of Elliot Road and Estrella Parkway.
In Goodyear, near West Summit Drive and South 175th Drive performing Fall preventative maintenance on a Goodman condenser and a Daikin mini split condenser. Cycled main system furnace. Removed and cleaned flame sensor and reinstalled. Cleaned out burner assembly and furnace cabinet. Cycled system on into heating mode. Checked ignitor and burners. Checked back pressure safety switch. Checked volt and amp draws. Changed return air filter and checked splits. System is new and running properly at this time. Cycled mini split system on into cooling and heating mode. Checked volt and amp draws. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures. Washed and dried filters. Upon departure, system is running properly and within manufacturer specifications.
Changed out a split system in the attic off the i10 and Sarival Ave
In Goodyear, near West Van Buren Street and North Bullard Avenue performing a diagnostic on a Carrier package heat pump. Found no power to unit. Found fuses were shorted. Replaced fuses and took volts and amp draws. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
In Goodyear, near West Verdin Road and West Westar Drive returning to secure drain line that had detached from side of house. Installed anchor on one hole strap to insure that it does not come loose.
In Goodyear, near West Calistoga Drive and South 179th Drive to perform routine maintenance service on 2 Lennox package units. Along with maintenance, 2 pounds of R410A Freon was added to each unit. Upon departure, both units are working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
In Goodyear, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- Upon arrival, cycled unit into cooling mode. Took temperature readings from supply and return. Checked Freon levels with super heat and subcool. Went over duct work and blower speeds. Recommend load calc to be done and/or dehumidifier to be installed in system. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications. Service complete.
In Goodyear, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- Upon arrival, cycled 2 units into cooling mode. At the condensers, checked volts and amp draws from components. Checked Freon levels with super heat and subcool. Found systems low on charge (1-2 lbs low). Searched for leak and no leak was present. Recommend performing service and recharge on system. Pending approval for service. Diagnostic complete.
In Goodyear, AZ: QUALITY INSPECTION- Checked newly installed condenser. High volt tight, disconnect installed with new whip and looks good. Low volt with sensor is installed and proper. Freon levels are in factory specification. Condenser looks very nice. Installed hard start kit back on system. Inspection complete.
In Goodyear, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- Found compressor not running. Upon further inspection, found compressor is bad. Amps running at 50.05; need to call Geary tomorrow to find out warranty on system and availability of the compressor. Service complete.
In Goodyear, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- Upon arrival, cycled unit into cooling mode. Noticed no air coming out of vents. At furnace, tested voltage coming out board and documented proper voltage. Indoor blower motor seized and locked. Landlord declined repair and will have her handy man install a new motor. Upon departure, collected diagnostic fee. Service complete.
In Goodyear, AZ: INSTALL PARTS- Removed existing and installed new gas control valve. Piped in gas line and rewired system. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacture specifications. Service complete.
In Goodyear, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- Upon arrival, unable to light pilot light on water heater. No voltage coming out of gas valve. Need to call to verify warranty and get availability on parts.
In Goodyear, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- Found system running, but not keeping up. Checked volt and amp draws and all are within manufacturer specifications. Freon pressures very high. Found indoor coil impacted with dirt and grease. Performed indoor coil clean and brushed out all the debris. Also, installed two 20X20 filters in the machine as customer did not have any filters currently. Service completed.

System is running within manufacturer specifications. Cycled system #3 on into cooling mode. Checked volt and amp draws. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures. Changed air filters and checked splits. Return 88/Supply 60. System is running within manufacturer specifications. Service complete.
