In Anthem, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- Upon arrival, customer showed me damage on exterior wall and explained interior wall and base boards are damaged as well. Exterior stucco is cracked and water is leaking back into wall through that. Inspected coil in attic and found issues from previous repairs.
