The tech was very prompt. He was knowledgeable and completed the cooler service quickly. The tech pointed out the need for a new belt and other minor adjustments. I was unaware of the need for belt replacement but by changing it out, I got better air flow. I was very satisfied with his skill.

In Phoenix Az finished a service for the heat pump. Had to complete a couple of repairs on the Amana customer warranties out the run capacitor and installed a new hard start kit.
In Phoenix in the Bella Monte at Desert Ridge town homes. Upon arrival of the tune up service, found that the run capacitor was out of manufactures specs. Replaced the run capacitor and hard start kit! Unit is running great upon departure!

In Phoenix, near West Running Deer Trail and North 23rd Drive performing a dual preventative maintenance service on a York split system. Upon arrival, cycled unit into cooling/heating mode. Decline of filter replacement. Took temperature readings from supply and return. At condenser, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volts and amp draws from components. Checked Freon levels with super heat and subcool. Checked and tested start and run capacitors. At furnace, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volts and amp draws from components. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
In Phoenix, near West Earll Drive and North Central Avenue performing a diagnostic on a Carrier split system. Upon arrival, kitchen staff stated burned smell in kitchen. Smell could be coming from shorted electrical box. Went up to condensers and made sure units were operational. Recommended washing coils and adding charge to both.
In Phoenix, near East Sheridan Street and North 7th Street installing UV replacement cell for APCO. Upon arrival, removed power from assembly. Removed screws and removed wiring harness. Removed existing UV cell and installed new UV and reconnected harness. Fastened screws and plugged power to it. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
In Phoenix, near East Winston Drive and South 27th Street returning to install new pulley on evaporative cooler. Upon arrival, installed new pulley and tightened down setting screw. Adjusted belt to align with pulley. Tested motor and belt. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.

In Phoenix, near East Rose Marie Lane and North 42nd Place installing a replacement UV cell. Upon arrival, removed power to system. Unplugged air scrubber and dismounted from assembly. Removed existing cell assembly and installed new cell assembly. Mounted and fastened screws and plugged back in. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
In Phoenix, near West Laurel Lane and North 28th Drive performing Fall preventative maintenance on a Rheem Straight Cool condenser. Upon arrival, found system low on charge. High volt is not connected. Condensing fan motor is leaking heavily from seals. Spoke with customer about leak in system due to R22 and age of system. Recommend upgrading.
In Laveen Village, near West Park Street and South 46th Drive performing a diagnostic on one room that gets very hot. Morehart AC to return and install a 20X20 return with grill and can. Also to include 12 inch to the two foot plenum box. Also re run existing 18 inch return to make sure there are no kinks in return.
In Phoenix, near West Villa Theresa Drive and North 7th Avenue installing a blower motor. Upon arrival, removed wiring from motor and removed from housing. Installed new motor and re mounted in housing. Re wired to correct terminals. Upon departure, unit working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
