I was fortunate to have my warranty company recommend Morehart four years ago. I have never been more confident in a service industry company than I am in Morehart. I’ve has several technicians out, including the owner himself. Each one has been phenomenal. My most recent experience was with Tom Greene. He’s helped me before, so I’m always happy to see him. He, as usual, went above and beyond today. He was on time, thorough, completely honest with me, and ethical to the highest degree. He could have easily talked me into a part that was not truly necessary, but he treated me like a good friend and gave me the best advice. I can not recommend Morehart more.

In Scottsdale, AZ near East Hidden Valley Road and North 98th Place performing routine seasonal maintenance on 3 American Standard split systems. Completed services in accordance with maintenance checklist.
In Scottsdale Az servicing a customers Rheem furnace. Cleaned out furnace cabinet and burners. Removed and cleaned the flame sensor and re-installed. Checked volt and amp draws. And changed return filters. Ready for winter!

Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures. Changed return air filter and checked splits. System is running properly and within manufacturer specification.

Amana System: Cycled system into cooling and heating mode. Checked volt and amp draws. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures. Replaced intake filter. Took temperature readings from supply and return. At unit, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volts and amp draws from components. Checked Freon levels with super heat and subcoool. Checked start and run capacitors. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.

Checked volt and amp draws. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures. Changed air filters and checked splits. Unit is running within manufacturer specifications. Cycled North system on into cooling and heating mode. Checked volt and amp draws. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures. Changed return air filters and checked splits. Recommend adding hard start kits for optimal start ups for the compressors. Unit is running properly and within manufacturer specifications.
In Scottsdale, near East Charter Oak Drive and North 85th Street performing Fall preventative maintenance on 2 Amana furnaces. Upon arrival, cycled unit into heating mode. Replaced filters and took temperature reading from supply and return. At furnace, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volt and amp draws from components. Vacuumed and wiped down furnaces, checked all safety switches and pressure switches, gas supply with flue pipping. Homeowner stated smell coming from vents and I recommended duct cleaning, but they would like to take care of it when re modeling of home is complete. Upon departure, units are working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
In Scottsdale, near East Sorrel Lane and North 129th Place performing a diagnostic on 2 systems. On arrival, found system not cooling. Compressor was just installed; system low on R410A Freon. Upon further inspection, found high side King valve not fully opened causing leak. Tightened liquid line King valve. Charged with 3.5 pounds of refrigerant. System is under warranty. Found condenser not kicking on; wet switch is tripped. Blew out drain line and system tried to start. Found contactor burnt very badly. System needs new single pole contactor and drain clear out. Performed repairs and system is running properly and within manufacturer specifications.
In Scottsdale, near East Main Street and North Hayden Road performing a diagnostic on a leaking unit. Upon arrival, found air handler dripping water. After inspection, found female fitting cracked causing water to leak out of fitting. Removed female fitting and re plumbed. Upon departure, no leak was present.
In Scottsdale, near East Shea Boulevard and North 78th Street performing routine seasonal maintenance on an Amana package heat pump. Cycled system on in cooling. Checked volt and amp draws. All in factory specification. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures. Acid washed outdoor coil and rinsed. Changed return air filter and checked splits. System has had a capacitor added to the system. Customer also stated he was getting noise from the system; tightened up the blower assembly. Recommend adding waffle pads and up sizing the duct work to help that vibration noise from the system. Package unit is running proper at this time. Customer wanted to try the vibro pads for now, but does not want to do any up sizing to the duct work.
In Scottsdale, near East Chama Road and North Hayden Road performing a diagnostic on a Trane furnace. Upon arrival, found transformer not putting out 24 volts. Installed new transformer with fuse block. Cycled system on and found compressor not coming on as run capacitor is dead. Installed new capacitor and upon departure, system is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
In Scottsdale, near East Main Street and North Parkway Avenue doing a repair on leaking unit. Upon arrival, found drain pan full of water. Removed existing PVC and re ran new condensation line. Also, since everything was disconnected, flushed condensation pipe. Glued all new fittings and PVC. Upon departure, made sure condensing properly and no leak present. If problem occurs again, recommend adding pump to air handler.
In Scottsdale, near Scottsdale Ranch Community Association performing routine seasonal maintenance on 2 Amana condensers. Completed service in accordance with maintenance checklist. Replaced batteries in thermostat and installed new filters.
In Scottsdale, near East Laurel Lane and North 52nd Street performing a quality inspection on a newly installed 4 ton, 14 seer Amana gas package system. Customer had concerns with air flow. Opened registers in guest bedroom and kitchen. Ducting was not sealed at return correctly. Gas piping on roof poorly done. Installed new fittings and secured. Ran new drain line. Unit is working properly upon departure.
In Scottsdale, near East Earll Drive and North 71st Street performing a diagnostic on leaking water from a First Co air handler. Upon arrival, found drain line restricted and primary/secondary pans full of water. Found primary pan rusted out and dripping on secondary. Cleared drain line and water properly condensating to exterior. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
