Washed intake filters and took temperature readings. At condenser, took volts and amp draws. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Washed and rinsed coils. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.

Homeowner declined washing Air Care filter. Took temperature readings from supply and return. At unit, cleaned out the burner assembly. Removed and cleaned the flame sensor and reinstalled. Checked the gas line for leaks. Checked the back pressure safety switch. Checked all limit switches. Checked the indoor blower and inducer motor amps.
